Ballochraggan is a family cottage in the Trossachs, above the Lake of Menteith.
It has recently been completely rebuilt and extended to include four double bedrooms, lounge with open fireplace, bathrooms and kitchen.
Dating from the 17th Century, it was originally a small "toun" - with outbuildings. It has been used and loved by many generations.
About 16 miles from Stirling, on the first rise of the Highlands it has fabulous views across the Forth Valley to the Campsie Fells and the Fintry Hills.
Set in 25 acres of grassland and plantations, with a burn beside it, and wonderful walking country around it is an ideal holiday spot.
It now has mains water, electricity, central heating, and log fires.
